How to avoid the "delete confirmation" when deleting any files

Normally, when deleting any file(s), confirmation box will appear, to avoid it, follow the ways

1. Right click the "recyclebin"
2. Choose "properties"
3. Unmark "Display delete confirmation dialog"
4. Ok

We are also able to delete permanently by also unmarking "Do not move files to the recylebin......"
